Damaged in transit?

If your print arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the artwork as soon as possible and email us. Keep all packaging so we can arrange replacement quickly. Please refer to our refunds policy for full details.

ROLLED CANVAS PRINTS SIZING

Our rolled canvas prints include an extra 5cm coloured border for stretching.

For example, when you order a 100x100cm rolled canvas print:

• The finished artwork image is 100x100cm
• The total canvas size is 110x110cm
• This allows 5cm on all edges for your local framer wrap around the stretcher bars.

ROLLED PAPER PRINT SIZING

Our rolled paper prints include an extra 5cm white border for trimming.

For example, when you order a 100x100cm paper print,

• the finished artwork image is 100x100cm but
• the total paper size is 110x110cm, allowing 5cm on all edges.
• This will give your framer the option to expose the white border, or trim it to suit your frame.

All Prints are made with Archival Inks on 385gsm Poly-Cotton Canvas or 320gsm on Cotton Rag Paper. Each print comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity.

All prints are made to order, and for this reason we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Original artworks are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

Taxes & Duties

All orders within Australia will be charged 10% GST which is included in the price at checkout.

Optimal Display Conditions:

To maintain colour and quality over time:

• keep away from humidity or moisture
• display in a stable, indoor environment
• avoid direct sunlight

Cleaning:

• gently dust your print using a soft, dry cloth
• Do not wet the surface. Water or moisture can cause the colours to fade or run
• keep your artwork away from splash zones and damp areas
• if water does come in to contact with the print, gently dab dry immediately with a clean dry cloth.

Moving Your Print:

• When moving a framed print, reapply the cardboard corner protectors supplied with your order
• wrap the artwork in bubble wrap or place it back in its original box for best protection.
• clearly label the packaging FRAGILE or HANDLE WITH CARE
• minor dents or marks on timber frames can often be reduced using fine sandpaper.

How to hang your artwork

Our framed prints come ready to hang with a wire on the back. Weights typically range from 2kg up to 12kg.

Hanging on Plasterboard / Drywall:

• Use a plasterboard / drywall anchor before inserting a screw.
• Alternatively, use picture hanging angle drive hooks designed for plasterboard.
• Always ensure the hook or fixing is rated for the weight of your artwork.
• Hang the artwork securely and check it is level before releasing.

Hanging on Brick or Masonry:

• Drill into the brick (rather than mortar where possible) using a masonry drill bit.
• Insert a wall plug, then secure a masonry screw or hook rated for the artworks weight.
