How long will my print take to arrive?
- Rolled Prints: allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch.
- Framed Prints: allow 2-4 weeks for dispatch.
- All of our prints are made to order

Dispatch times refer to production time and do not include courier delivery time.
What happens after I place an order?
Once placing a print order, you will have a personal line of communication with Anna who will share details on when you can expect your order, and provide a forum for you to ask any questions you may have while you wait.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will be informed:
- Customers with orders that are being delivered by Southern Buoy, will receive a TEXT MESSSAGE with an estimated time & date of delivery.
- Customers with orders that are being delivered by a courier will receive an EMAIL with a tracking link, connected back to the carrier.
It is not lost on us that an artwork is an investment and we aim to make the experience from online checkout to delivery an enjoyable one, communicating with you along the way.
What if my print arrives damaged? Or no one is home to receive it?
Damaged in transit?
If your print arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the artwork as soon as possible and email us. Keep all packaging so we can arrange replacement quickly. Please refer to our refunds policy for full details.
No one home to receive it?
If no one is home to receive your order, it will not be left unattended. You'll receive advanced notice from our production team or nominated courier so you can arrange someone to be available and avoid re-delivery.
