ABOUT MAX TARE
Before I was an artist I was a modular building designer. I spent 15 years chasing shipping containers around the world on a mission to modify and transform them into habitable units (which I did). You will find the words MAX & TARE on the back of every shipping container which is a reference to their Max Weight (full) Capacity and their Tare weight (empty).
